摘要
在新农村背景下加强村庄宅基地管理,需要采取如下切实措施:编制科学合理的规划,落实保护耕地的政策;区别情况,妥善处理一户多宅问题;切实加强集体建设用地的法制建设;加强宅基地用地计划和审批管理制度。
To tighten up the administration of homesteads in villages in the context of building the new socialist countryside, we need to improve policies in force, such as working out rational and scientific plans and implementing policies on farmland protection, appropriately dealing with problems of one household with more homesteads, by distinguishing among differing cases, earnestly improving the legal system of land intended for collective use and strengthening the examination, approval and administration systems of land intended for homesteads use.
