摘要 目前,随着产品市场的竞争的激烈,传统的螺纹车削和丝锥板牙已无法满足生产的需要。采用三轴联动机床进行加工螺纹,改变了螺纹的加工工艺方法,并利用宏程序编程,取得了良好的效果。本文作者通过对宏程序在螺纹数控车削、铣削加工中的应用分析,指出数控铣削螺纹是一种有较大推广价值的新工艺,希望能为从事数控加工与编程的读者提供借鉴。 At present. along with the produce market competition intensity, the traditional thread turning and attacks the silk, the board tooth has been unable to satisfy the production the need.
