摘要
根据塑料扎条的特点,设计了相应结构的注塑模具,该模具采用后退抽芯脱模机构和特殊型腔镶拼方式,同时介绍了注塑模的工作过程。
According to the structural characteristics of the plastic parcel-fastening bandage, the main structure of the injection mould was laid out. The key points of the design are the core-pulling backward system and insert blocks for core-cavity. Additionally the working process of the injection mould was introduced.
