摘要
杨玉圣以其长年坚持且深入细致的学术批评志业成为学术中国的守夜人。其对种种学术腐败、学术不端和学术失范现象的批评,不仅推动了学术规范的发现与重建,而且敞开了学术的公共空间,使一种对话和商谈的伦理开始进入中国的学术共同体。而其在专业领域所做的考据性批评,同样旨在多重的建与立:确立信史,学科建构,乃至重建学术传统,等等。从而使他的守夜人角色在惩恶之外又多了一重扬善的功能。
Yang Yushen is a "night watchman" who persists in to academic China for his long-year and careful acadmic criticism work.His criticism on all kinds of phenomenas of corrupt learning,inelegant learning and nonstandard learning not only pushed the discovery and the reestablishment of academic norm forward,but also open the academic public space,making a theory of dialogue and negotiation come into China's academic community.Also,his criticism in some professional fields aims at multiple establishment: setting up faith and discipline,rebuilding academic tradition and so on.Therefore,a function of advocating good is added into his role of "night watchman",in addition to punishing bad.
