摘要
对开潭水利枢纽工程发电站计算机监控系统设计原则、系统结构、主要功能以及技术特点进行了简要介绍。实际运行表明该计算机监控系统性能优良、可靠性高、稳定性好,在发电站安全生产、提高经济效益等方面发挥了重要作用。此项成果为计算机监控技术应用于国内其他同类发电站中提供了有价值的参考。
This paper introduces the design principles, structure, main functions and technical characteristics of the computer monitoring and control system for the hydropower station of Kaitan Water Control Project. The actual operation showed that it has remarkable performances, high reliability and good stability, and plays an important role in ensuring safe production and improving economic results of the hydropower station, so that this achievement could be a useful reference for the application of computer monitoring and control technioues in the similar hvdronower station at home.
