微乳液介质-5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定铝合金中的锰(Ⅱ)

摘要 以含水85%的油/水型微乳液(OP/正丁醇/正庚烷/水=10∶4∶1∶85)为介质,2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)为显色体系的分光光度法,测定铝合金中的锰(Ⅱ),在微乳液介质中锰(Ⅱ)最大吸收波长位于568nm处,锰(Ⅱ)在0-8μg/10mL范围内符从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸收系数ε568=1.178×105L/(mol.cm)。采用联合掩蔽剂消除Ni^2+、Cu^2+、Ti^2+、Cd^2+、Zn^2+等离子的干扰,测定抚顺铝厂普铝、LD31铝合金样中的锰(Ⅱ),相对标准偏差RSD为0.92%、1.5%。加标回收率分别为97.86%、97.74%。该方法灵敏度高、选择性好。 Mn (Ⅱ ) in aluminium alloy was determined directly with the colorination system of 2-(5-Br-2-pyridylazo)-5-dethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) and o/w microemulsion contained 85% water by spectrophotometry in this paper, the absorption of this complex compoundreaches maximunvalue and the absorption pcak is at 568nm. results show that Beer's law is obeyed when the Mn(Ⅱ ) amount is 0- 8μg/10mL, and the apparent molarabsorption coefficient is 1. 178 × 10^5 L · mol^-1 ·cm^-1 The interference of Ni^2+ ,Cu^2+ , Ti^2+ ,Cd^2+ ,Zn^2+ ions was eliminated by dimethylglyoxime, sodium fluoride and citric acid,. Mn( Ⅱ ) content in Fushun Aluminiumworks Pu Aluminium,LD31 were determined by the method, whose RSD is 0. 92% ,1.5%. the average recovery rate is 97.86% and 97.74%. the method has many advantages such as high sensitivity ,high selectivity.
