摘要
考察大学组织内部机构设置,利益、权力和市场三种协调机制起着重要的平衡作用。利益协调受到实用与功利取向的影响;权力协调通过大学组织内部学术权力和行政权力的相互作用——挤压与钳制而起作用;在消费与服务的导向下,市场协调对机构设置产生不小的影响。大学组织内部机构的设置不是简单的学科扩张的结果,也不仅是学术权力和行政权力作用的结果,它是由利益、权力和市场共同作用的结果。
University has developed from original guild organization to modem multi-university organization. The inner organization institutes have different greatly compared to before. Through observing and studying the inner organization institutes setting, we find benefits, power and market coordinating mechanism to play the role on balance importantly. Benefits coordinating mechanism is influenced by the direction of pragmatism and utilitarianism. Power coordinating mechanism plays the role by the interaction——extruding and muzzling, between the academic power and the administration power. Under the orientation of consuming and servicing, market-coordinating mechanism has not small influence on the inner organization institutes setting. The universities inner organization institutes setting is the result of the interaction of benefits, power and market together not simply the result of the disciplines extending, and not only interaction between the academic power and the administration power yet.
