摘要
文章利用逆向工程原理与技术,建立了人体足部骨骼、软组织模型以及复合模型,进而建立了足部有限元模型。对足部有限元模型进行了有限元模拟分析,验证了其有效性;作为足部模型的一个应用,利用足部模型建立了鞋楦模型,然后根据该鞋楦模型试行设计出不同的鞋模型。
The paper deals with building of a compound solid model of the foot and the foot's finite ele ment model by using the theory of biomechanical engineering, the techniques of CAD/CAE/CAM, and the technology of reverse engineering. Based on CT images of a human foot, the solid models of foot skeletons, soft tissue and the foot are built reversely. The finite element model of the foot is established based on the compound model. Finite element simulation and analysis of the foot are carried out. As an application of the finite element model of the foot, a model of the shoe tree is built, and different shoe models are designed based on the shoe tree model.
