急性化脓性胆管炎的内镜治疗现状

摘要 急性化脓性胆管炎（acute suppurative cholangitis，ASC）是指各种原因导致胆管急性梗阻后，胆管内压力升高和细菌感染引起的急性化脓性炎症。临床表现为右上腹部疼痛、发热、黄疸，严重者可以出现肝损害、感染性休克、败血症、肝肾综合征、呼吸衰竭等多器官系统衰竭等。本病起病急，发展快，病死率高。近年来，随着内镜技术的不断发展，该病的病死率明显下降。
