摘要
针对工业热处理过程的特点和需求,设计了工业电炉温度模糊控制系统。该系统在闭环反馈的基础上采用二维模糊控制器,仿真表明,模糊控制方法提高了控制的实时性、稳定性和精确度,并且实现了操作过程的简化。目前,该系统处于实际工业炉温控制的应用和试行阶段。
A fuzzy temperature control system for industrial stove is designed aiming at the features of industrial heat treatment process which need for advanced temperature control. A two-dimensioned fuzzy controller into a feedback loop is applied. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control has not only improved the real-time capability, feasibility, and precision of the system, but also has simplified the operation. At present, the proposed control system is under field tests in industries.
