摘要
目的了解武汉地区理工科女大学生生殖健康知识现状,探讨影响理工科女大学生生殖健康知识水平的相关因素,为开展有针对性的健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计问卷,调查武汉市9所高校950名理工科女大学生的生殖健康知识状况和相关影响因素。结果武汉地区理工科女大学生生殖健康知识平均得分为(45.60±12.97)分。影响生殖健康知识的多因素分析结果显示,年级、初潮年龄、母亲职业、独生子女、是否看过爱情或/和性描述资料、是否谈论过"性、怀孕及避孕"话题、是否了解过性与生殖健康相关知识、对婚前性行为的态度、是否有与异性接吻拥抱爱抚行为、是否怀孕过10个因素对生殖健康知识有影响。结论理工科女大学生生殖健康知识缺乏,其知晓状况受年级、初潮年龄、家庭环境、是否接触过生殖健康相关知识以及性相关态度、行为等因素的影响。
Objective To explore the reproductive health knowledge among science female college students, to explore its influencing factors, and to provide scientific information for the corresponding education. Methods A total of 950 science female undergraduates from 9 universities in Wuhan were investigated about reproductive heath knowledge and relative influencing factors. Results The average scores of reproductive health knowledge was 45.6 ±12.97. Multivariate analysis indicated that the understanding of reproductive knowledge was influenced by 10 factors, such as grade, menarche age, mother＇ s occupation, singleton, reading materials about sex, talking about sex, conception and contraception, understanding the knowledge about sex and reproductire health, attitude toward premarital behavior, kissing, cuddling or fondling with opposite sex, whether being pregnancy. Conclusion The reproductive health knowledge of science female undergraduate is poor.
