摘要
从通俗环毛蚓[Pheretimavulgaris（chen）]（沪地龙），中提取分离得到一白色结晶，经红外光谱鉴定为玻珀酸（Amberacid）；用气相色谱一质谱联用方法，分析鉴定了其中18种脂肪酸，且油酸，花生烯酸和花生四烯酸的含量较高；用氨基酸分析仪鉴定了其中的20种游离氨基酸，总游离氨基酸含量为8．629％。
A white crystal was extracted and separated from Pheretima vulgaris (chen),then identified to be succinic acid by infrared spectrum method. 18 kinds of fat acids were analysed and identified by GC-MS combination method. Of them, the contents of oleic acid. arachidonic acid,and arachidonic acid were higher. And 20 kinds of free amino acids were also identified by amino analyser. The total free amino acid content is 8. 629%.
