摘要
本实验用家兔制备发热模型，测定中药灌肠剂对伤寒三联菌苗引起家兔发热的降温作用，并以扑热息痛灌肠液为对照药。结果表明中药灌肠剂对伤寒三联菌苗引起的发热家兔有明显的解热作用，退热效果优于扑热息痛对照组。
The lowering body temperature action of enema of a Chinese materia medica on rabbit fever induced by typhoid triple vaccine on rabbit fever model was investigated. As compared with the control group, it showed strong antipyretic action on fever rabbit induced by typhoid triple vaccine. Its antipyretic effect is prior to control group.
