摘要
采用固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱法联用,建立一种测定水中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的方法,考察了萃取温度、萃取时间和热解吸时间等因素对方法灵敏度的影响.其方法简便、准确、灵敏度高.该方法对己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的检出限为0.06μg/L(S/N=3),相对标准偏差为5.15%.用此方法测定扎龙湿地水样,结果未检出己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯.
A method that the di-2- ( ethylhexyl ) adipate of water was determined by the method of solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established, the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, and thermal desorption time on the sensitivity of the method were investigated. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. The detection limit of di ( 2-ethylhexyl ) adipate is 0.1 μg/L( S / N = 3 ). The relative standard deviation is 5.15%. Sample of Zhalong wetland water was determined by the method, the di-2- ( ethylhexyl ) adipate was not detected.
