摘要
利用美国罗森柏斯提出的"员工上帝论",阐明了馆员在图书馆中的核心地位和重要作用,论述了在图书馆管理中要充分尊重、依靠、相信馆员,为馆员建立各种公平合理的激励机制、培训机制和制度机制,给予馆员相应的自主权,从而激发他们的积极性、创造性,提高馆员的整体素质和工作效率,实现馆员价值的最大化,让馆员更好地为图书馆事业服务,真正体现以馆员为本的图书馆管理的新理念。
The key position and important function of librarians in a library are stated in this article based on Rosenbluth's theory of "Staff is the God". It elaborates that librarians should be fully respected, relied on and trusted in the library management, and various fair and reasonable encouraging training as well as system mechanisms should built for librarians, and proper fi'eedom should be given to the librarians, so that their enthusiasm and creativity can be inspired. The author proposes that librarians' overall quality and efficiency need improving so as to maximize their value and make sure that they will serve the library better, thus embodying the new concept of librarian -centered library management.
