摘要
教学督导制是高等学校提高教学质量的重要措施之一,对高等学校教学质量和教学改革起着重要的保障和推进作用。通过对教学督导的职责和工作制度及督导工作中存在的问题进行探讨和分析,旨在揭示教学督导工作的重要性。
The system of teaching supervision is one of the important measures to improve the teaching quality in universities. It guarantees and boosts the teaching quality and reform in colleges and universities. This article makes a preliminary analysis of the duties of teaching supervisors and working system as well as problems existing in the supervision.
