发展我国的鸭肥肝产业 被引量:2

摘要 我国的鹅肥肝和鸭肥肝生产均起步于上世纪八十年代初,1980年法国罗捷公司(Rougié)为了开拓我国的鹅肥肝生产,把填饲机等送到上海,因当地鹅种体型小头颈细,无法填饲,而歪打正着的去填了北京鸭,结果一试成功,在上海青浦创办了徐泾鸭肥肝厂,三年中共向日本出口鸭肥肝35吨,从而揭开了我国鸭肥肝生产的序幕。1981年无锡也相继成立了河埒鸭肥肝厂,向日本出口鸭肥肝和鸭肉。但由于使用的都是北京鸭,肥肝太小而缺乏竞争力,虽然都已先后停产,但至少说明:我国的鸭肥肝商品化生产的历史早于鹅肥肝。1987~1989年在广州成立了中法合资的百利公司,用骡鸭生产鸭肥肝出口香港与日本,很受欢迎,后因双方不和,不欢而散,深为可惜。以后大家把工作的着重点都放在鹅肥肝生产上,目的无非是为了更好的出口创汇,而忽视了鸭肥肝的生产,使这项很有开发前景的项目,推迟了近20年,笔者现在想来还心感内疚遗憾。
