二氧化氯作为根管超声冲洗剂抗菌效果的研究

摘要 摘要目的评价二氧化氯联合超声冲洗对感染根管内厌氧菌的杀灭效果。方法门诊选择60例急、慢性根尖周炎患者共60颗单根管患牙,随机分成A、B、C3组,每组20颗患牙,用逐步后退法手持器械进行根管预备,同时用超声波冲洗,冲洗剂分别用蒸馏水、1%Na0C1、0.1%C102溶液,根管预备前后分别进行根管内取样,厌氧菌培养,菌落计数,统计学分析。结果3组根管预备后,根管内厌氧菌较前均显著减少(P〈0.001),B、C两组厌氧菌减少程度明显大于A组(P〈0.01),但B、C两组之间无显著性(P〉0.05)差异。结论0.1%C102溶液联超声冲洗可有效杀灭感染根管内厌氧菌,是一种较为理想的根管超声冲洗剂。 Objective To assess the bactericidal effect for anaerobes in infective .root canals using chlorine dioxide combing ultrasonic technique. Methods Sixty single-rooted teeth in patients with acute or chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into three groups(A,B,C) randomly, 20 in each group. All root canals were instrumented by hand with stainless steel endodontic instruments using a conventional step back technique, and irrigated by ultrasond using distill water (group A), 1%NaOC1 (group B) and 0.1%C102 (group C).Specimen of each root canal were paced into anaerobic chambers and cultured before and after root canal instrumentation. Colony forming units were counted, and statistical analysis was carried out using Paired-Samples T Test and One-Way AN0VA. Results The anaerobes of root canals in three groups had significantly reduced after root canal instrumentation(P〈0.001), numbers of reducing anaerobes in group B and group C were significantly than that in group A(P〈0.01),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P〉0.05).Conclusion 0.1%C102 solution can kill anaerobes in infective root canals effectively, and it is considered to be an ideal irrigant for ultrasonic instrumentation of root canals.
