摘要
白内障摘出手术是一种复明手术,随着眼科技术的发展,尤其是开展显微眼科手术以来,这一手术已不仅仅是为了复明,而是要达到正常的矫正视力。为此,不少眼科医生除了设法减少白内障手术并发症外,已把注意力集中在减少术后角膜散光的问题上。
Forty-six eyes with corneal astigmatism in 149 patients (200 eyes) were discovered with retinoscope after 3 months of operation, they were regular rule astigmatism, 98 eyes (49%) were irregular rule astigmatism and 56 eyes (28%) were not astigmatism. In 36-months after operation 58 eyes were sutured with 9-0 silk their average of corneal astigmatism was 1.35D. 70 eyes were sutured with 9-0 monofilamant nylon their corneal astigmatism was 1.28 D,no statestic difference (P>0.05). But the nylon suture group (30 eyes) their corneal astigmatism (0.83 D) was markedly lower than that (1.34D) of silk suture group (42 eyes) (P<0.05). It is indicated that the corneal astigmatism following cataract extraction is related to suture-line or observation in different period of time.
