摘要
教师教育专业化知识可分为学科专业知识和教育专业知识。教师教育专业化知识管理包括学科专业知识管理、教育专业知识管理和两类知识相互转化的管理。实现教师专业化的途径和方法是架构学科专业知识库,搭建教研互动式平台,深度汇谈与讨论结合营造教师专业化的和谐环境。
Teacher Specialization is an old and new topic which always existing at any time. A study is debated that how to effectively integrate Knowledge Management theory with Teachers Specialization. By Education Knowledge Management this study defines Education Knowledge Management into Subject Special Knowledge and Education Special Knowledge; further discusses the core of Teacher education Specialization; and puts forward some methods such as forming subject repository, building mutual teaching flat roof, etc. to improve continuous development of Teacher education Specialization.
