摘要
介绍多媒体课件（computer-aided learning，CAI）在外科学临床教学中应用的特点及必要性；探讨了多媒体课件制作与应用中的八大原则，以期提高外科学临床教学质量。
This article discusses the features of computer-aided instruction （CAI） courseware and the necessity of applying it in surgery clinical teaching. Meanwhile, the authors introduce eight principles of making and using medical CAI courseware in order to improve the quality of surgery clinical teaching.
