摘要
情商理论认为,情商因素包括情绪表达方式,个人品质,自我意识特点,成就动机以及合作性等非智力因素,对人们的成长成才比智力因素更重要。统战干部是特殊思想政治工作的主体,提高情商对于加强统战干部队伍建设,提高统战工作成效,具有重要的现实意义。
According to the EQ theory ,EQ includes ：the ways to express one＇ s emotion ;Personality ;individual consciousness ; successfulness motivation and cooperation,etc, Which are more important than those intelligence elements.
