摘要 在治疗2型糖尿病的药物中,西药见效快但有副作用,如磺脲类药物会引起体重增加;中药注重整体调节,但起效慢。因此,研制快速起效且安全可靠的药物是治疗2型糖尿病的关键。高血糖素是胰岛α细胞分泌的多肽激素,主要作用于肝脏,可促进肝糖原分解,抑制肝糖原合成,促进葡萄糖异生、分解,其受体拮抗剂可能是治疗2型糖尿病的有效药物。该文就高血糖素及其受体的研究进展作一论述。 Among the medicine treating type 2 diabetes, the Western medicine is effective, but has adverse reactions, such as biguanides could cause body weight gain; the traditional Chinese medicine is concept of wholism,but is less sensitive. So it is significant to develop effective and safe drug treating type 2 diabetes. Glucagon is a kind of peptide hormones sercreted by pancreatic island α- cell, which accelerates glycogenolysis and gluconeogenesis and restrains glycogenesis. The receptor blocker of glucagon is conceivably effective on treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. The progress of research on glucagon and glucagon receptor is discussed.
