摘要
在国家西部大开发战略的引导下,四川体育在基础设施建设、体育消费市场开发、体育彩票推广以及竞技体育与全民健身等方面取得了一定成绩。但也存在着体育观念落后、竞技体育优势项目少、体育产业规模偏小等问题。将四川体育存在的这些问题置于西部大开发的背景下,分析其发展的优势和面临的困难,并提出相关发展对策与措施,为四川各级政府和体育管理部门制定有关政策以及确定体育发展规划提供参考依据。
Under the lead of the ＂ Western Explotation＂ Strategy, Sichuan sports made certain progress in mirastructure construction, development of sports consumption market, sports lottery promotion as competitive sports and extensive mass fitness. However, there still exists problems such as backward sports conception, few dominant competitive sports events, and small scale of sports industry. Putting these problems into the setting of Development of the West Regions, this essay analyzes the predomination and difficulties and puts forward countermeasure so as to provide a reference for Sichuan governments and sports administration departments to enact relative policy and formulate sports developing plan.
