摘要 TSG-6(TSG-6)基因是一个保护性的炎性反应性基因,在多种炎症性疾病或类似炎症的过程中呈高表达,通过与透明质酸、间-α-蛋白酶抑制剂结合介导炎性细胞的迁移、黏附,参与细胞外基质重塑,调节蛋白酶网络。在多种关节炎中,TSG-6具有使炎症局限,保护软骨的效果,另外,TSG-6还参与正常的排卵过程,并可能与肥胖的发生相关。  TSG-6(tumor necrosis factor-stimulated gene-6,TSG-6) is a protective inflammatory reaction gene,which has high expression in many kinds of inflammatory diseases or processes similar to inflammatory,can mediate migration and adhesion of inflammatory cells by binding with hyaluronic acid and inter-α-proteinase inhibitor,take part in remodeling of extracellular matrix and regulate proteinase network.TSG-6 has effects of limiting inflammatory as well as protecting cartilage in kinds of arthritis.Besides that,TSG-6 also participates normal ovulation and maybe related to genesis of fatty.
