摘要 细胞周期蛋白(cyclin),细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶(CDK),复制前复合物(Pre-RC)是细胞周期调控的重要分子,三者形成cyclin/CDK-Pre-RC调控途径,在细胞周期中相互作用,共同完成对细胞周期的精密调控。通过对这一途径的阐释,将会推动临床研究并开拓出更广阔的应用空间。  Cyclin,CDK and Pre-RC are the important moleculars in controlling cell cycle,forming the cyclin/CDK-Pre-RC regulation pathway,which interact in cell cycle and achieve the precise regulation of cell cycle.The further study of this pathway will promote clinical study and open more wider apllication space.
