摘要
通过实验分析了CBN砂轮高速磨削磨削力分力比的变化情况,针对不同的磨削参数对磨削力分力比的影响程度进行研究.结果表明:磨削深度ap的增大、砂轮线速度vs的提高、工作台速度vw的提高都会使磨削力分力比Cf增大.在砂轮状况对磨削力分力比的影响中,磨粒尺寸小的砂轮磨削力分力比更小.
The changes of the grinding force ratios are experimentally investigated. The effects of grinding parameters on grinding force ratios are analyzed. It turns out that the grinding force ratio cf increases with the increase of grinding depth ap, wheel velocity v, or worktable velocity vw. And as far as the wheel is concerned, the smaller wheel grit makes a smaller grinding force ratio.
