摘要 对用免试剂离子色谱法测定草甘膦含量进行了研究。用AS-11离子色谱柱(含AG-11保护柱)和电导检测器,采用外标法对制剂中草甘膦进行定性定量分析,方法的相对标准偏差为1.60%~1.74%,添加回收率为98.3%~101.5%。 The reagent free ion chromatograph(RFIC) method was established for quantitative analysis of glyphosate. Glyphosate product was quantitatively and qualitatively determined by RFIC with a ECD, a AG-ll and AS-ll column, and an external standard. Relative standard deviation was 1.60 to 1.74%, and average recoveries with spiked glyphosate samples were within 98.3 to 104.3%.
