药效学指标优化复方珍珠含片处方工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的:采用药效学和有效成分含量为综合指标,对制备复方珍珠含片时甘草和地黄的提取工艺进行优化。方法:单因素试验考察加水量、提取次数、时间对有效成分甘草酸和梓醇含量的影响;用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验,比较不同提取条件所制得复方珍珠含片的抗炎消肿效果,并采用正交试验筛选最佳制备工艺。结果:综合单因素试验、正交设计试验以及药效学结果,筛选出最佳工艺为加水量24倍,煎煮时间3h,煎煮次数2次作为优化工艺。结论:有效成分结合药效学为综合指标优化出的结果更具有科学性和使用性。 Objective: To use pharmacodynamics index and active component content to optimize the process of compound pearl buccal tablets. Methods: The influence of amount of water (A),time (B) and the frequency of decoction(C) were evaluated on the content of active component in single factor tests. In mouse auricle swelling test by croton oil, the effect pf anti-inflammatory and detumescence of compound pearl buccal tablets,which were producedunder different extract conditions,was comparedto screen theoptimal conditions. Results: Integrating the results of single factor tests, orthogonal design and pharmacodynamics indexs, the optimized conditions were: 24 times of water, decocting two times and decocting three hours each time. Conclusion: The index including content of active component and pharmacodynamics was more scientific and suitable for screeningexcited technique.
