摘要
以温敏核不育系810S为对照,对810S的淡黄叶突变体标810S叶绿素含量、净光合速率、暗呼吸速率和生物产量进行了比较研究.结果表明:淡黄叶突变体标810S各叶位叶绿素含量均比对照810S低,其光合色素含量的变化幅度为对照的60.9%~50.4%,但标810S各叶位净光合速率比对照高,增加幅度为4—5μmol·m^-2·s^-1.各发育时期的暗呼吸速率标810S比对照高0.23—0.35μmol·m^-2·s^-1,株高和生物学产量与810S接近.
A comparative study of the rice leaf chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, dark respiration rate and forage vegetative yield are carried out between a chlorophyll-deficient variety (BiaoS10S) and Thermo-sensitive genic male-sterile indic rice (810S). Results indicat that chlorophyll content of Biao810S is lower than that of 810S at different leaf position, and is only about 60.9% 50.4% corresponding to that of 810S, but the net photosynthetic rate of Bi- ao810S is 4 - 5 μmol. m^-2. s^-1 higher than that of 810S .The plant height and the forage vegetative yield of Biao810S are a little lower than that of parent at different developmental stages. Besides, Biao810S has the higher dark respiration rate which is 0.23 - 0.35 μmol. m^-2 .s^- 1 higher than that of 810S.
