摘要
人力资本投资是促进经济发展的原动力,人力资本投资对我国的经济发展具有举足轻重的作用,在观察分析我国人力资本投资现状的基础上,阐述了我国加大人力资本投资的必要性,提出了增加人力资本投资的相应对策。
Human capital investment is the motive power to promote economic development and plays an important part in the development of China＇ s national economy. On the basis of the present situation of human capital investment in China, this paper points out the necessity to reinforce the human capital investment and puts forward the relevant tactics to increase this investment.
