摘要 病例例1,男,50岁。食欲不振20余天,腹胀、腹部钝痛3天,无恶心、呕吐及血便、腹泻。查体：中腹部、脐稍上水平似触及境界不清的包块,有压痛,无反跳痛。实验室检查及胸部X线平片无异常。CT平扫：胰腺稍下、肠系膜部位有一巨大不规则形、欠均匀的软组织密度肿物，
