对公安院校体能训练课实施分层教学的研究与实践

摘要 针对公安院校体能训练课所要达到的目的和要求,根据学生的实际训练情况,采用分层教学模式进行实践与研究。结果表明:分层教学能充分体现因材施教、区别对待的教学原则;促进并启发学生学习的自主性,激发学生学习的兴趣,提高学生的锻炼信心,培养学生养成锻炼的习惯。 According to the purpose and requirement of the physical training class of public security academies and the students' actual training situation, the author makes some practice and research by separate teaching pattern. The result indicates that separate teaching can embody fully a teaching principle, that is, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and treating them differently. In addition, the teaching pattern can inspire students' independence of study, stimulate students' interest in study, heighten students' confidence in training and help students to foster the habit of traing.
