摘要
随着知识经济的到来,能否有效激励技术研发人员的绩效改进的积极性成为企业获取市场竞争优势的关键。研究表明,员工改进工作绩效的动机来源于员工的某种特定需要(needs)得到了满足,作为一种交换,员工会更加努力地工作。通过对在西安10家国有研发机构获取的624份有效问卷的统计分析,认为,与上级之间的关系、与同事之间的关系以及与成长需要的满足程度对员工的绩效改进动机具有促进作用,而薪酬和福利的需要满足程度并不对绩效改进动机产生影响。
With the development of knowledge economy, it is a key factor for enterprises to improve market competence whether technicians are motivated effectively. Through the analysis of data collected from 624 technicians, this paper concludes that there is no correlative relationship between the satisfaction of technicians' payment needs and their performance intention. There is a positive relationship between the satisfaction of superior relatedness needs, co-worker relatedness needs, self-actualization needs and technicians' performance intention.
