高效液相色谱-串联质谱法研究氯对水中藻毒素MC-LR的降解作用 被引量:4

摘要 选择目前最常用的预氧化剂———氯作为研究对象,利用液相色谱-串联质谱的检测手段,展开了有效氯对MC-LR降解作用的研究。结果表明,HPLC-MS方法可靠、灵敏度高,在5~500μg.L-1范围内,MC-LR浓度与HPLC-MS峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数r为0.999 3;在常规的氧化剂投加量和反应时间条件下,有效氯对MC-LR表现出良好的降解作用,降解反应符合一级动力学模式;通过对质谱图的分析,确定了降解产物的相对分子质量,由此进一步探讨了MC-LR的氯化降解机理。 The presence of Microcystins(MCs) in water has the potential to adversely affect human health.Among various isomers of MCs,MC-LR has the strongest toxicity and is most harmful.At present,several pre-oxidants,which are commonly used in water treatment processes,are effective to remove MC-LR.However,the degeneration mechanism has remained unclear.Chlorine was selected in the present work since it is used worldwide for preoxidation treatment.Using a method based on HPLC-MS,we conducted studies on the chlorine degeneration of MC-LR.The results indicated that HPLC-MS is creditable and sensitive.It was also found that there was a linear relationship between the concentration of MC-LR and peak area in the range of 5-500 μg·L-1 with a correlation coefficient(r) of 0.999 3.Under the general condition of oxidant dose and reaction time,MC-LR was degraded rapidly by active chlorine and the degradation reaction followed the first-order kinetics.The relative molecular mass of the degradation product was determined through analyzing the full-scan mass spectrum of MC-LR and the oxidative degradation mechanism of MC-LR was further discussed.
