摘要
模拟椭圆齿轮插齿机的工作原理,设计并制造出椭圆齿轮范成仪;论证了椭圆齿轮作行星运动且公转角速度是自转角速度的2倍时,椭圆齿轮可以与绕定轴转动的直齿圆柱齿轮正确啮合传动.
Simulating the working principle of the shaping machine of elliptical gear, designing and producing the elliptical gear generate device is designed and produced. Suppose that elliptical gear makes planet rotation, the angular velocity of revolution is twice of it' s spin angular velocity, it is proved that elliptical gear could mesh correctly with spur gear which rotates around the ordinary axle.
