摘要
邓小平增强综合国力思想的本质是强国富民,提升我国的竞争力,在激烈的国际竞争中树立负责任、可信赖的大国形象。增强综合国力,才能更好地维护国家利益,而当前切实有效的综合国力发展战略是建立国家创新体系。
The essence of Deng Xiao-ping＇s thoughts of strengthening the comprehensive national power of China is to strengthen the country and enrich the people ,to enhance the competitive power of China and to set up the figure of a conscientious and reliable big country in the intense international competition. To strengthen the com- prehensive national power is to maintain the interests of our country better;presently the practical and effective strategy to strengthen the comprehensive national power is to construct a national innovation system.
