摘要
对发生热脆锻裂的钢锭的加热规范进行了统计分析,发现现行的热锭加热规范有可能造成钢锭热脆。结合生产实例,分析了加热对热锭产生热脆的原因,得出了加热对有害相沿奥氏体晶界分布有重要影响的结论,提出了从加热规范上防止钢锭热脆的方法。
After the statistical analysis of the heating specification on the hot - short ingot, we found that the heating specification of hot ingot would probably cause the ingot hot short. To combine with the produetion and analyze the reason of the ingot hot short when heating the hot ingot, we get the conclusion that heating has the significant effect on the distribution of the harmful phase austenite grain boundary, and bring out the way of preventing the ingot hot short on the side of heating specification.
