摘要
制约我国规模化养猪发展的主要因素是人才匮乏,畜牧兽医类院校培养的人才类型与养猪企业对人才规格的要求还有一定差距,不能满足企业对人才的需求。本文在总结多年养猪企业管理经验的基础上,结合我院示范性建设的实践,探讨养猪与猪病防治工学结合的模式,以培养生产一线高级技术型应用人才。
The main factor of restricting the breeding pigs on a scale in our country is a shortage of talents, which is shown in the investigation. At present, there is a certain difference between the type of talent trained by animal breeding ＆ veterinary and the need of breeding pig business, so the talent cannot meet the need of business requirements. On the base of summing up business management experience in breeding pigs for a few years, discuss the factory-learning combination model between the course in pig diseases control and breeding pigs, so as to push on the demonstrating construction in our college.
