摘要
目的调查中医医院病房护理人员工作时间的分配情况。方法采用现场记录方法对我院12个病区各班护士的工作内容和时间进行了测定调查和分析，共调查4次，每次1周，每天全部9个班次，共3024个班次。结果12个病区直接护理时间与间接护理时间比例倒置，为0、72～0．95：1。间接护理时间中以治疗准备及书写记录所占用的时间最长。直接护理当中的宣教指导和巡视病房的时间明显不足。结论中医医院护理人员直接和间接护理工作时间比例倒置，应将非专业性工作和部分间接护理从传统的护理内容中剥离，以减少护士离开临床环境的时间，提高中医医院的医疗护理质量。
Objective To survey the working hours of nurses in the ward and it＇s time allotments. Methods To investigate and analyze the working content and time of the nurses who worked on a total of 3 024 shifts in 12 wards of our hospital for four times, each time for a week. Results The inverted ratio of direct nursing time to indirect nursing time was 0.72 - 0.95 to 1. Preparation of treatment and record writing took up most of the indirect nursing time while the direct nursing time for health education and daily round was obviously insuf- ficient. Conclusion Effective measures such as removing non-clinical work and part of indirect nursing work from the routine nursing work, reasonable arrangement of the limited nursing manpower and reduction of hours away from clinical environment by the nurses should be taken to improve the nursing quality of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
