摘要
方便、快捷、准确的网络化教学管理给传统的高校教学管理模式带来了巨大的冲击。网络化的教学管理虽然有诸多先进之处,但也存在着与管理对象隔绝、缺少人性化关怀等问题。因此,"以人为本"是提高网络环境下高校教学管理质量的关键,具体应做到以下几点:建立规范的规章制度;教师和学生参与教学管理的全过程;提高教学管理者的素质;加强软硬件投入,增强技术支持。
Convenient, quick, the accurate network teaching control has brought the huge impact for the traditional universities teaching control model. Network teaching management has many advantages, but isolates from managed targets and lacks humanity. Hence, humanity is the key to the quality improvement of teaching management under the network environment and should be done in the following points： to establish standardized institutions and regulations, to let teachers and students participate in the whole process of teaching management, to raise the quality of administrators of teaching management, and enhance both software and hardware input, etc.
