摘要
目的:探讨升黄克痛软膏体内抗病毒作用。方法:用HSV感染小鼠,经阴道给药,观察升黄克痛软膏对疱疹病毒感染的小鼠的抑制作用,评价药物抗病毒作用。结果:本品对感染了HSV病毒的小鼠有明显的抑制作用,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:升黄克痛软膏对感染了HSV病毒的小鼠作用显著,疗效确切。
Objective：To study the antiviral effect of Shenghuangketong ointment in vivo experiment.Methods：Observe the inhibition effect of shenghuangketong ointment on the mice infected by HSV.Estimate the antiviral effect of the drug.Re, suits： Shenghuangketong ointment had obvious antiviral action and the inhibition effect on the mice infected by HSV,There was significant difference compared with control group.Conchlsion：Shenghuangketong ointment have obvious inhibition effect on the mice infected by HSV.
