摘要
通过分析一个招标失败的实例,说明现行的综合打分评标方法中存在的问题。运用灰色系统中的关联分析法建立评价模型,能够较好地反映投标单位的真实实力,弥补现行综合打分评标办法的不足,减少招投标中的失误。
According to the grey relationship analysis, an appraisement bid modeling is proposed, which was used in appraisement process as a approach for selection contractor. And some shortages are made out in synthesize bid appraisement approach, by a defeated example in bid project. Using the grey relationship appraisement bid modeling, the shortage d synthesize bid appraisement approach can be overcame, and the lapsus in bid also can be decreased.
