多层次的资本市场体系能够满足不同企业融资的需求和资产的流动性需求,为投资者提供多样化的金融产品,促进企业技术进步和经济增长方式的根本转变。构建多层次资本市场体系,不仅是客观经济规律的必然要求和海外成熟市场的普遍选择,而且也是当前我国经济发展的现实需要。通过完善主板市场的融资制度,推进创业板市场的建设,建立区域柜台交易市场,创建良好的监管环境和法律环境,可以加快我国多层次资本市场体系的构建。
Multi-layer capital market system can fulfill the needs of financing and capital flowing for various enterprises, and provide diversified finance products for investors, enhance the improvement of technology and changes in economic increase. To establish multi-layer capital market is not only a common choice of mature overseas markets and a must to meet objective economic rules, but also requirement of our current economic development. This article suggests refining the financing system in motherboard market, enhancing the establishment of undertaking market, establishing regional counter market, building good supervision environment and legal environment so as to enhance the development of multi-layer capital market system in China.
