摘要
籽粒含氮量和粗蛋白含量是水稻营养食味品质的重要指标之一.通过大田小区试验,测定了5个品种、3个供氮水平处理的水稻冠层在成熟过程中不同时期的高光谱反射率,及茎、叶、穗和稻米的含氮量及粗蛋白含量,分析了它们之间的相关性.结果表明:稻穗和稻米含氮量与孕穗期、灌浆期和乳熟期的茎、叶含氮量极显著相关,与灌浆期、乳熟期的冠层光谱ρλ及其一阶导数光谱Dλ、冠层光谱RVI在某些波段也达到极显著相关,其中决定系数R2在灌浆期大0.8、乳熟期大于0.75.这表明能用高光谱方法来估测水稻籽粒含氮量和粗蛋白含量,它为水稻品质遥感监测提供依据.
Nitrogen content or crude protein content in rice grains is one of the important indices to evaluate the nutrition and taste quality of rice. Normal determination of their contents by chemical methods is of high expense and time consuming. The hyperspeetral reflectance of the canopy and panicle of 5 rice varieties were measured by an ASD Field Spee Pro FR (tin) in field under 3 nitrogen support levels in mature process. The nitrogen contents of stems, leaves, panicles and cargo rice and their crude protein contents were determined. The correlation among them was ana- lyzed. The nitrogen contents of panicles and cargo rice are very significantly correlative to that of stems and leaves at booting, milking and maturing stages, and also very significantly correlative to the spectral reflectance pλ , the first derivative spectra Dλ and RVI of canopy at some wave bands at milking and maturing stages. The squared multiple correlation coefficients ( R2 ) are bigger than 0.80 at milking stage and 0.75 at maturing stage. This indicated that it would be feasible for estimating the contents of nitrogen and crude protein in rice grains by hyper spectral remote sensing. It would provide basis for monitoring rice quality by remote sensing.
