摘要
本文基于企业技术创新三个阶段(模式)的划分以及企业在技术创新过程中存在困惑的事实,试图讨论并解决两个命题:一是企业技术能力的可获得量是企业技术创新模式选择的决定性因素;二是企业技术能力与企业创新模式的匹配是企业有效创新、乃至发展壮大的关键;进而在这两个命题的基础上,建立一个企业技术能力与技术创新模式梯度选择的模型.
Based on the two facts of the classification of three models of technological innovation and the technological innovation dilemma confronted by a lot of firms in their practice, this paper is aimed to discuss and solve the two propositions： （1） a firm＇s technology capability is the determinant for its technological innovation model selection; （2） the fitness of a firm＇s technology capability and its technological innovation model is the key for its performance of both technological innovation and business practice. After the discussion of the above two propositions, the paper presents a model of ladder - like technological innovation model selection.
