摘要
介绍了一种高性能光波导脉冲单选器的研制。该模块由高速前放电路,数字逻辑电路,强度调制器驱动电路,自动增益控制电路,以及强度调制器组成。模块能够从锁模激光器的连续脉冲中选出一个单脉冲,并保证消光比≥46dB,插入损耗≤7dB。文章重点介绍了系统的设计方案、工作原理、参数设计,以及特性曲线分析,并且对测试得到的主要参数进行了总结分析。
A new design of high performance single pulse selector for optical waveguides is introduced. The module is made of high speed amplifier, AGC circuit, digital logical circuit, intensity modulator drive circuit, and intensity modulator. The module can select single pulse from the CW of mode locking laser and guarantee high extinction rate( ≥46 dB) and low insert loss( ≤7 dB). The design method, operation principle, parameter design and analysis of characteristic curve are generally described, and the final major parameters are summarized.
