摘要 红外探测系统性能建模及评估对于系统的开发非常重要。在分析传感器信息流的基础上,建立了表征系统主要性能的信噪比模型,讨论了红外探测系统性能建模过程中光电转换、图像质量及噪声等关键问题,研究了传感器仿真器建立和性能评估的方法并给出了一些典型输出结果,确定了探测距离性能模型。 As for system development, modeling and evaluating IR detection system is very important. Based on sensor information flows, SNR model featuring main performance of system is established, and several problems during performance modeling process for IR detection system, such as EO transform, image quality and noise, are discussed. The noisy model of sensor is analyzed. At last, the paper studies the sensor simulator establishment and performance evaluated method; meanwhile, provides some typical results and determines the detection range model.
