摘要
本文研究了添加不同比例的TaC、NbC对Ti(C,N)-NiMo系金属陶瓷的力学性能的影响及在750℃空气中的氧化行为,测定并计算了恒温氧化增重与时间的函数关系及氧化速率常数。结果表明,这类陶瓷材料的氧化为"钝性氧化",TaC/NbC质量比为4:3时,显示出较好的力学性能和抗氧化性。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等手段,分析了氧化膜的组成与结构,探讨了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷高温下的氧化机制。
In this paper, the effect of the different ratio of TaC to NbC on Ti(C,N)- NiMo cermets mechanical property and the oxidation of Ti (C,N)-based cermets at 750℃ in air was studied. The function relations of isothermal weight gains vs oxidation time were deter- mined and oxidation rate was calculated. The results show that the oxidation kinetics of the Ti (C, N)-based cermets obey the typical parabolic rule. The material exhibits good oxidation resistance and mechanical properties. The structure of oxidation fdms was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The mechanism of oxidation resistance of Ti(C, N)-based cermets was discussed.
