家蚕蛹巴西虫草多糖的分离纯化及其组成的初步分析 被引量:6

摘要 以家蚕蛹巴西虫草(Cordyceps brasiliensis Henn.)为材料提取水溶性多糖,并采用DEAE-52和Sephadex G-100柱色谱进行了分离纯化,获得了BCPS-1和BCPS-2两种多糖。BCPS-1多糖主要由葡萄糖、山梨糖、半乳糖和甘露糖组成;BCPS-2多糖主要由葡萄糖和山梨糖组成。两种多糖均为白色粉末,不溶于氯仿、丙酮等有机溶剂及高浓度乙醇,其相对分子量分别为41000和33000。 To conduct separation, and purification analysis of polysaccharides in Artifical Brazil Cordyeeps Sinensis. Individual constituents were isolated and purified by DEAE-52 cellulose and Sephadex G-100. Two polysaccharides, named BCPS-1 and BCPS-2 were obtained. BCPS-1 is composed of glucose, L-sorbose, galactose and mannose. BCPS-2 is composed of glucose and L-sorbose. Both BCPS-1 and BCPS-2 are white powder and insoluble in chloroform, acetone and high concentration ethanol, and their relative molecular weight were 41 000 and 33 000,respectively.
